we receive your order and then burned in for 72 hours. Please allow 7 working days before your
system is ready for shipment.
Warranty returns are
depot warranty in Kirkland, Washington and must be shipped at your
expense to and from Kingsgate Enterprises, Inc. Please retain the
original cartons in case you need to return an item for repair.
Returns shipped in other packaging, can not be guaranteed to arrive in
satisfactory condition and may void your warranty. Email us in advance of
shipping for an RMA request or your shipment may be refused. Local warranty service (within 15
miles of Bothell, WA) can be done on-site to save shipping
expenses.
