These are NEW computer systems with a 1 year Parts and Labor Warranty. They consist of an AOpen Midtower System case and motherboard with integrated 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet LAN, VGA video, and 3D Surround Sound..  They are powered by Intel's Pentium 4 Prescott processor family with Hyper-Threading Technology.   They have 512MB DDR PC3200 Dual Channel Memory; a 160GB 7200RPM Hard Disk, DVD+/-RW Optical Drive, 8-in-1 memory Card Reader, USB Front and Rear Connectors, TV Tuner, Media Remote Control and USB Infared Eye.  They are packaged with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.  These System are manufactured by Able Computer Systems, a US based regional distributor.  They come with a 1 year parts and labor depot warranty.  The Monitor is optional and NOT included.   Supply your own monitor or purchase one from us.

Warranty returns are depot warranty in Kirkland, Washington and must be shipped at your expense to and from Kingsgate Enterprises, Inc.  Please retain the original cartons in case you need to return an item for repair.  Returns shipped in other packaging, can not be guaranteed to arrive in satisfactory condition and may void your warranty.
Email us in advance of shipping for an RMA request or your shipment may be refused.
Local warranty service (within 15 miles of Bothell, WA) can be done on-site to save shipping expenses.

Our preferred shipping method for this item is USPS Parcel Postl. (Shipping and Handling will be $38.50 via this method for the Computer, additional shipping applies to monitor and operating system.)
